Noah's Ark Christian Academy continues to use the nature explore classroom to extend the curriculum to an outdoor environment, including an expansion of their nature exploration within our marshland and community garden located on our property. We seek to develop the same valuable skills in the outdoor environment that we teach in the indoor classroom; social, math, visual-spatial, literacy, gross and fine motor, and science skills, as well as music and art appreciation. We believe that by engaging with the natural world, students achieve a deeper and richer understanding of their exploratory learning. This allows them to become aware of their connections each other, themsevles, and to God’s creation.
